  1. Oversee and optimize supply chain operations at various locations by identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective supply chain processes.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis of supply chain data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
  4. Create and implement training programs to ensure consistent and efficient supply chain processes across all locations.
  5. Continuously monitor and evaluate supply chain performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  6. Travel to various locations to provide on-site support and guidance to teams and ensure adherence to company standards.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement supply chain strategies and initiatives.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve supply chain operations.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management to provide updates, recommendations, and progress reports.
  10. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  11. Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate their impact on supply chain operations.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and productivity.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Operations, Preferably In The Transportation Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Supply Chain Processes And Practices, Including Inventory Management, Distribution, And Transportation.

  • Ability To Travel Up To 75% Of The Time, Including Overnight Stays.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Build Relationships With Clients And Vendors.
