- Lead and manage the delivery team to ensure the successful implementation of end-to-end supply chain solutions for clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement supply chain strategies that meet client requirements.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time and within budget delivery.
- Identify and address potential project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and address any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Motivate and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
- Continuously review and improve supply chain processes and procedures to drive efficiency and cost savings.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve delivery methods and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our supply chain solutions.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposal development.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold the company's values and reputation.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Supply Chain Management, With At Least 2 Years In A Leadership Role.
Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Processes And Industry Best Practices.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Supply Chain Solutions To Clients.
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
