  1. Lead the successful implementation and delivery of supply chain solutions for clients.
  2. Develop and execute strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and drive sustainable growth for customers.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of supply chain initiatives.
  4. Utilize a deep understanding of supply chain operations to identify and address potential challenges and opportunities.
  5. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including clients, internal teams, and senior leadership.
  6. Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of solutions.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve supply chain solutions.
  8. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and contribute to their professional growth.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  10. Represent the company as a subject matter expert in supply chain solutions at conferences and industry events.
  11. Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and support the development of proposals.
  12. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the success and impact of supply chain solutions.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations related to supply chain operations.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for Ryder System, promoting the company's mission and values in all interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Solutions Or Project Management.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience In Managing Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Proficiency In Supply Chain Software And Technology, Such As Transportation Management Systems And Warehouse Management Systems.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Vendors.
