Job Description

The Senior Manager of Technical Services and Operations at Ryder System is responsible for leading the technical services and operations for the ServiceNow platform. The successful candidate will have a passion for driving the highest standards of service excellence and continuous improvement across operations, processes and technology, with a strong technical background in ServiceNow. The Senior Manager will partner with IT and business stakeholders to ensure the highest standards of delivery, performance and customer satisfaction. We are seeking an experienced leader with a proven track record of success in driving operational excellence and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a high level of technical expertise in ServiceNow and a deep understanding of IT operations. They should have strong problem solving and analytical skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker and have a track record of building and leading successful teams.
