  1. Lead and oversee the IT department, including managing a team of IT professionals.
  2. Develop and implement technology strategies and initiatives to support business objectives.
  3. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions.
  5. Manage the IT budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
  6. Provide technical guidance and support to team members and other departments.
  7. Monitor and maintain the performance, security, and reliability of all IT systems.
  8. Identify and address any potential technology issues or risks.
  9. Conduct regular reviews and assessments of IT processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  11. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the IT department.
  12. Develop and maintain relationships with external technology vendors and service providers.
  13. Train and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
  14. Communicate effectively with senior management and other stakeholders to provide updates on IT projects and initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In It Project Management: A Sr. It Technical Lead At Ryder System Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex It Projects From Start To Finish. This Includes Experience In Project Planning, Budgeting, Resource Management, And Risk Assessment.
