Sourcing & Supply Analyst

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sourcing & Supply Analyst to join our team at Ryder System. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire sourcing and supply chain process from beginning to end. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field, as well as at least two years of experience in a similar role. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. As a Sourcing & Supply Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and identifying areas of improvement within the supply chain, working with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts, and ensuring that all orders are delivered on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for providing reports and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders, and staying up to date with industry trends and best practices.
