- Lead and manage the network engineering team to ensure the successful delivery of projects and maintenance of the network infrastructure.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the stability, security, and scalability of the network infrastructure.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and mentoring to team members.

Extensive Experience In Network Engineering: A Senior Network Engineering Lead Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Designing, Implementing, And Managing Complex Networks. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Network Protocols, Routing, Switching, And Security.
