- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's complex network infrastructure.
- Manage and mentor a team of network engineers to ensure the successful delivery of projects and tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and operations, to develop and implement network solutions.
- Ensure the reliability and security of the organization's network by implementing industry best practices and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex network issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Develop and maintain network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
- Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
- Work closely with vendors and service providers to evaluate, select, and implement new network technologies.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to leadership and other teams to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Conduct regular training and knowledge sharing sessions for team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for network-related initiatives.
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support when needed.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including non-technical audiences, to provide updates on network projects and issues.
Extensive Experience In Network Engineering: A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Designing, Implementing, And Managing Complex Network Infrastructure Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Routing, Switching, And Network Security Protocols.
