  1. Design and develop innovative software solutions using .NET framework to support business operations.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  3. Create and maintain technical documentation for developed applications.
  4. Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in existing applications and provide timely resolutions.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software development to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of applications.
  6. Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  7. Mentor and guide junior developers in the team to foster their technical growth.
  8. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
  9. Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall development process.
  10. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.
  11. Adhere to coding standards and best practices to ensure consistency and maintainability of codebase.
  12. Continuously monitor and optimize application performance and security.
  13. Collaborate with IT infrastructure and support teams to deploy and maintain applications in production environments.
  14. Follow agile methodologies and participate in all phases of the software development life cycle.
  15. Take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute to the team's success in meeting project goals and deadlines.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Developing Applications Using .Net Framework: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Developing Applications Using .Net Framework. They Should Have Hands-On Experience With Various .Net Technologies Such As Asp.net, C#, And Visual Studio.

  • Proficiency In Database Management And Sql: A Senior .Net Application Developer At Ryder System Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Database Management And Be Proficient In Sql. They Should Be Able To Design, Develop, And Maintain Complex Sql Databases To Support Application Functionality.

  • Expertise In Front-End Development: The Candidate Should Have Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Front-End Development Technologies Such As Html, Css, And Javascript. They Should Be Able To Create Intuitive And User-Friendly Interfaces That Enhance The User Experience.

  • Familiarity With Agile Development Methodologies: Ryder System Follows The Agile Development Methodology, And The Senior .Net Application Developer Should Be Familiar With Its Principles And Practices. They Should Have Experience Working In An Agile Environment And Be Able To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills: As A Senior .Net Application Developer, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills. They Should Be Able To Identify Issues, Troubleshoot And Propose Effective Solutions To Complex Problems. They Should Also Have A Strong Attention To Detail And The Ability To Work On Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
