  1. Oversee the implementation of facilities and maintenance for our startup ventures.
  2. Develop and execute strategies to support the company's rapidly expanding operations.
  3. Ensure all facilities and equipment are maintained to the highest standards.
  4. Manage and lead a team of maintenance and facilities staff.
  5. Create and maintain a budget for facilities and maintenance expenses.
  6. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues.
  7. Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance services.
  8. Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance.
  10. Track and report on key performance indicators related to facilities and maintenance.
  11. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and support their needs.
  12. Train and develop staff to maintain a high level of performance and professionalism.
  13. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the facilities and maintenance department.
  14. Communicate and collaborate effectively with senior leadership to provide updates and recommendations.
  15. Represent the company in a professional manner and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Facilities And Maintenance Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Facilities And Maintenance Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Managing Startup Operations.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Senior Manager, The Candidate Must Possess Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Lead And Manage A Team Of Facilities And Maintenance Staff. They Should Also Have Experience In Developing And Implementing Departmental Goals And Objectives.

  • Knowledge Of Startup Operations: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Startup Operations, Including The Challenges And Opportunities That Come With It. They Should Also Have Experience In Developing And Implementing Strategies To Ensure Smooth And Efficient Operations.

  • Project Management Experience: The Candidate Should Have Experience In Project Management, Including Planning, Execution, And Monitoring Of Projects Related To Facilities And Maintenance. They Should Also Have Experience In Managing Budgets And Resources Effectively.

  • Communication And Interpersonal Skills: A Senior Manager In This Role Is Expected To Communicate Effectively With All Levels Of Staff, As Well As External Stakeholders. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Interpersonal Skills To Build And Maintain Relationships With Vendors, Contractors, And Other Partners Involved In The Startup Implementation Process.
