- Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's logistics operations.
- Manage and oversee the entire logistics process, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers and efficient management of inventory levels.
- Provide leadership and direction to the logistics team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
