- Develop and maintain financial plans and budgets for the company, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and strategies
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting to provide insights and recommendations to senior management for decision making
- Monitor and analyze key financial metrics, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, and identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and provide financial guidance and support
- Lead the preparation of financial presentations and reports for executive leadership and board meetings
- Oversee the financial planning and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support for their development
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practices, and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial operations and increase efficiency
- Collaborate with external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation and support as needed.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Financial Management, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Financial Principles And Practices, Including Gaap And Financial Analysis.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading Financial Teams.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.
