Extensive Experience In Financial Management: A Senior Director Finance At Ryder System Should Have At Least 10-15 Years Of Experience In Financial Management, With A Strong Track Record Of Success In Driving Financial Performance And Managing Complex Financial Transactions.
Advanced Degree In Finance Or Accounting: A Graduate Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field Is A Must-Have For This Role. A Cpa Or Cfa Designation Is Also Highly Desirable.
Strategic Thinking And Decision-Making Skills: The Senior Director Finance Must Possess Strong Analytical Skills, Be Able To Think Strategically, And Make Sound Financial Decisions To Achieve Business Goals.
Leadership And Team Management Experience: This Role Requires Managing A Team Of Finance Professionals, So The Ideal Candidate Should Have Proven Experience In Leading And Developing High-Performing Teams.
