Welcome to Ryder System! We are looking for an experienced Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our team and help us drive efficiency and performance. The successful candidate will be a data-driven problem solver with the ability to analyze and create strategies for improving the quality and productivity of our processes. We are looking for someone with a creative mindset who can think outside the box to identify and implement improvements.This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as a strong attention to detail are essential. The ideal candidate will have a passion for process improvement and demonstrated experience leading successful projects.If you are ready to take on a new challenge and have the skills and qualifications to succeed, we'd love to hear from you!
