
Senior Commissions Systems Analyst

- Analyze commissions processes: Conduct thorough analysis of current commissions processes and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain commissions systems: Regularly monitor and maintain commissions systems to ensure they are functioning properly and make necessary updates or changes as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues: Proactively identify and troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies within the commissions systems, and take appropriate action to resolve them.
- Collaborate with team members: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and IT, to ensure commissions systems are optimized and aligned with overall business goals.
- Develop and document procedures: Create and maintain clear and thorough documentation of commissions systems and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends: Continuously research and stay informed on industry best practices and trends related to commissions systems and processes.
- Train and support users: Provide training and support to users on commissions systems and processes to ensure they are properly utilizing the systems and following best practices.
- Conduct testing and audits: Perform regular testing and audits of commissions systems and processes to ensure accuracy and identify any areas for improvement.
- Make recommendations for improvement: Use data and analysis to make recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Commission Systems Analysis, Preferably In The Transportation Or Logistics Industry.
Strong Technical Skills And Proficiency In Commission Calculation Software Such As Xactly Or Calliduscloud.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities, With A Keen Attention To Detail.
Proven Experience In Managing And Implementing Complex Commission Structures And Processes, Including Commission Plan Design, Testing, And Communication.
