Reliability Analyst

Responsibilities include project scoping and definition, leading continuous improvement efforts, collecting and analyzing data, performing statistical and root cause analysis, making recommendations for improvement, developing reports and presentations and presenting findings to the group. Reviews, organizes, analyzes data to find and present management opportunities to reduce costs and improve performance. Leads the process which identifies and defines improvement opportunities to support division and corporate objectives. Identifies and leads Continuous Improvement projects as defined by the manager of the group. Reviews reports, databases and systems to ensure requirements set forth by the manager of the group are met. Develops new processes where required. Performs internal evaluations to assure process integrity and compliance.
