  1. Conduct quality audits: The Quality Analyst will be responsible for conducting regular audits on our operations and processes to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
  2. Identify areas for improvement: Using data and analysis, the Quality Analyst will identify areas where our operations can be improved and work with the team to implement solutions.
  3. Develop and implement quality procedures: The Quality Analyst will develop and implement quality procedures and protocols to ensure consistency and efficiency in our operations.
  4. Monitor quality metrics: This role will be responsible for tracking and analyzing quality metrics to identify trends, areas of concern, and opportunities for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: The Quality Analyst will work closely with various departments and teams to ensure quality standards are met and maintained throughout the organization.
  6. Train and educate employees: The Quality Analyst will provide training and educational resources to employees on quality procedures, standards, and best practices.
  7. Investigate quality issues: In the event of a quality issue or complaint, the Quality Analyst will investigate the root cause and work with the team to implement corrective actions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Quality Management.

  • At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Quality Assurance Or Quality Control Role, Preferably In The Transportation Or Logistics Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Quality Management Principles, Processes, And Tools, Such As Six Sigma, Lean, And Iso 9001.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements.

  • Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting, Including Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Data Analysis Software.
