- Conduct thorough analysis and research on market trends, industry standards, and competitive landscape to support pricing strategies and decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement pricing initiatives that align with company goals and objectives.
- Utilize data and pricing tools to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to optimize pricing and profitability.
- Monitor and track pricing performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure targets are met.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, operations, and finance teams, to ensure alignment and buy-in on pricing strategies.
- Communicate pricing decisions and updates to internal teams and external customers in a clear and professional manner.
- Act as a subject matter expert on pricing, providing guidance and support to team members and other departments as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to pricing to continuously improve and enhance pricing strategies.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation to streamline and improve pricing processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date pricing documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Economics, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Pricing, Financial Analysis, Or Business Partnering Role.
Strong Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Complex Data.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships Across Various Departments.
Knowledge Of Transportation Industry And Pricing Strategies, Including Experience With Rate Negotiation And Contract Management.
