- Inspect and identify any damaged or faulty pallets.
- Utilize tools and equipment to repair pallets according to company standards.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all pallet repair tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding any issues or concerns.

Experience In Construction: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have Previous Experience In Construction, Preferably In The Repair And Maintenance Of Pallets.
Knowledge Of Pallet Repair Techniques: A Thorough Understanding Of Various Pallet Repair Techniques, Including Dismantling, Sanding, Nailing, And Painting, Is Essential For This Position.
Mechanical Skills: This Job Requires The Ability To Use Hand And Power Tools, As Well As Basic Mechanical Skills To Repair And Maintain Pallets.
