  1. Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to support business decisions.
  2. Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and forecasting.
  3. Communicate financial information and analyses to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  5. Assist in the development and execution of financial plans and budgets.
  6. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  7. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance leadership skills.
  8. Act as a mentor to other members of the MBA Leadership Development Program.
  9. Identify and mitigate financial risks for the company.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  12. Proactively identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  13. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
  14. Stay updated on current economic conditions and their potential impact on the company.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth.
