- Safely and efficiently move materials within the warehouse facility.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move materials.
- Ensure accuracy and proper labeling of materials for storage and shipment.
- Collaborate with team members to accurately fulfill orders and meet deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks and report any issues.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Assist with inventory management, including counting, tracking, and reporting.
- Perform general warehouse duties such as loading and unloading trucks, packing and unpacking materials, and organizing inventory.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including quality standards and compliance regulations.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
- Complete all required documentation and paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.

Experience With Operating Warehouse Equipment: Candidates For A Material Handler Position At Ryder System Should Have Experience Operating Forklifts, Pallet Jacks, And Other Warehouse Equipment. This Demonstrates The Ability To Safely And Efficiently Move Materials Throughout The Warehouse.
