  1. Develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business objectives of the organization.
  2. Build effective partnerships with leaders and employees to understand their needs and provide HR support and guidance.
  3. Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
  4. Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  5. Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires, including conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
  6. Develop and deliver HR training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  7. Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and employee recognition programs.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  9. Collaborate with other HR team members to develop and implement company-wide HR initiatives and projects.
  10. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve and enhance HR processes and procedures.
  11. Act as a liaison between employees and management to address employee concerns and promote a positive work culture.
  12. Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  13. Participate in budget planning and management for HR-related expenses.
  14. Ensure confidentiality and sensitivity when handling employee information and sensitive HR matters.
  15. Serve as a mentor and coach to other HR team members and provide guidance and support as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With At Least 2 Years In A Managerial Or Leadership Role.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices, Including Employment Laws And Regulations.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies And Initiatives To Support Business Objectives.
