  1. Develop and implement HRIS strategies: The Manager of HRIS will be responsible for creating and executing strategies for the development, implementation, and maintenance of our HRIS systems. This includes analyzing current systems, identifying areas for improvement, and designing solutions to optimize processes.
  2. Lead HRIS projects: This role will be responsible for leading and managing all HRIS projects, including system upgrades, implementations, and integrations. This will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, setting project timelines and goals, and ensuring successful project completion.
  3. Ensure data integrity and accuracy: The Manager of HRIS will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of employee data within our HRIS systems. This includes regularly auditing data, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and implementing processes to prevent future errors.
  4. Train and support end-users: As the subject matter expert for HRIS systems, this role will be responsible for providing training and support to end-users. This includes creating training materials, conducting workshops, and providing ongoing support to ensure employees are effectively using the HRIS.
  5. Stay up-to-date on HRIS trends and best practices: To ensure our HRIS systems are operating at their best, the Manager of HRIS will be responsible for staying current on industry trends and best practices. This includes attending conferences, networking with other HRIS professionals, and continuously evaluating and improving our systems.
  6. Collaborate with HR and IT teams: This role will work closely with both HR and IT teams to identify and address areas for improvement in our HRIS systems. This will involve building strong relationships, communicating effectively, and collaborating on projects and initiatives.
  7. Manage system security and access: The Manager of HRIS will be responsible for maintaining system security and access levels to ensure the confidentiality and security of employee data. This includes managing user permissions, monitoring system activity, and implementing security protocols.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hris Management Or A Similar Role.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Hris Systems, Such As Workday Or Sap.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Procedures, Including Payroll, Benefits, And Employee Data Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Collaborate With Stakeholders Across The Organization.
