  7. Monitor and ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and safety protocols.
  8. Handle any escalated customer service issues and ensure timely resolution.
  9. Maintain accurate records and reports to track transportation activities and performance.
  10. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and streamline operations.
  11. Participate in budget planning and help identify cost-saving opportunities.
  12. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve transportation services.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and employee engagement.
  14. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to help them grow and develop professionally.
  15. Represent the company in a professional manner and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Transportation And Supply Chain Management: A Logistics Supervisor At Ryder System Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Transportation Operations, Including Routing, Scheduling, And Delivery Processes. They Should Also Have A Good Grasp Of Supply Chain Management Principles To Optimize Efficiency And Cost-Effectiveness.
