- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize efficiency and accuracy in inventory operations
- Oversee the movement of goods and materials, including receiving, storage, and delivery
- Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments as needed to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained
- Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and streamline logistics processes
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives in inventory management
- Create and maintain documentation and reports related to inventory operations
- Train and supervise inventory staff to ensure they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in logistics and inventory management
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols in inventory operations.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Inventory Management, Preferably In A Logistics Or Transportation Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Inventory Control Methodologies And Best Practices, Including Inventory Forecasting, Tracking, And Optimization.
Proficient In Inventory Management Software And Systems, Such As Sap Or Oracle, And Experience With Warehouse Management Systems (Wms).
Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Departments.
