- Communicate regularly with upper management and provide reports on logistics performance and progress.
- Handle any issues or problems that arise in the logistics process and implement timely resolutions.
- Develop and maintain budgets for logistics operations.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to logistics.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the logistics team.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Logistics Or Supply Chain Management, Preferably In The Transportation Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Logistics And Supply Chain Principles, Including Inventory Management, Transportation Planning, And Warehouse Operations.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Departments.
Proficiency In Logistics Software And Technology, Such As Transportation Management Systems And Warehouse Management Systems.
