As a Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire logistics process and ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods and materials.   1. Oversee the entire logistics process, from planning and execution to delivery and distribution.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the movement of goods and materials.
  3. Manage and coordinate with transportation carriers, warehouses, and other logistics partners.
  4. Monitor and analyze supply chain operations to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  5. Ensure compliance with all transportation and safety regulations.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement efficient and effective logistics solutions.
  7. Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  8. Develop and maintain performance metrics to track and evaluate logistics operations.
  9. Train and mentor team members to ensure a high level of performance and productivity.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to continuously improve logistics processes.
  11. Communicate regularly with upper management and provide reports on logistics performance and progress.
  12. Handle any issues or problems that arise in the logistics process and implement timely resolutions.
  13. Develop and maintain budgets for logistics operations.
  14. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to logistics.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the logistics team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Logistics Or Supply Chain Management, Preferably In The Transportation Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Logistics And Supply Chain Principles, Including Inventory Management, Transportation Planning, And Warehouse Operations.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Departments.

  • Proficiency In Logistics Software And Technology, Such As Transportation Management Systems And Warehouse Management Systems.
