Lead Continuous Improvement Engineer

Are you an experienced Continuous Improvement Engineer looking to take on a leadership role? Ryder System is looking for a Lead Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our team and drive process enhancements to improve efficiencies and reduce costs.As our Lead Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will provide oversight and support to the continuous improvement team while helping to develop, implement, and maintain Continuous Improvement initiatives across our organization. To be successful in this role, you will need to be results-oriented, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and be comfortable leading and motivating teams.We are looking for someone who has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferably with an advanced degree in Lean Six Sigma, and at least 5 years of experience in a continuous improvement environment.
