Job Description

Allocating and printing label orders for Macys Operation vdf /stores. Ensure allocating all units to it available percentage / report on rejected investigate and fix to ensure is allocated as it max capacity. Make changes necessaries on inventory to ensure allocation. Such as transfers / physical moves etc. Communicate customer & Maersk IT of any issue with imported orders for either operation STORES or VDF. After allocation completed report waving dates to management and report total available work for the week for planning purposes. Following up on customer request for prioritizing or canceling orders when needed always verifying with OPS managers. Ensure all wave templates, pool views are always updated. VDF load closing & Manifest closing.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience with and the ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, late nights and or weekends

  • One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training

  • Able to work cooperatively in a team environment.

  • Forklift certification (as required by specific position), knowledge of OSHA Safety procedures, and leadership skills.
