In this role, you will work closely with our HR professionals to develop and implement key initiatives related to organizational design and change management. The ideal candidate should have a passion for problem-solving and a strong attention to detail.To ensure success, the Intern – Organizational Design & Change Management Analyst should have a strong interest in organizational design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting. You must be proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
