  1. Conduct regular maintenance and inspections on industrial automation systems to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
  2. Troubleshoot and repair any malfunctions or breakdowns in automated equipment and systems.
  3. Utilize technical knowledge and experience to identify and resolve complex automation issues.
  4. Monitor and maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation.
  5. Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement preventative maintenance plans for automation systems.
  6. Adhere to safety regulations and protocols while performing maintenance tasks, and report any safety concerns to management.
  7. Document all maintenance and repair activities, including any changes or updates made to automation systems.
  8. Keep up-to-date with advancements in industrial automation technology and make recommendations for improvements to current systems.
  9. Train and mentor junior technicians on maintenance procedures and troubleshooting techniques.
  10. Communicate effectively with management and other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize disruption to operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Technical Skills: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Industrial Automation Systems, Including Programmable Logic Controllers (Plcs), Human-Machine Interfaces (Hmis), And Other Control Systems.

  • Experience In Troubleshooting: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Identifying And Solving Complex Technical Problems In A Timely Manner.

  • Electrical And Mechanical Knowledge: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Electrical And Mechanical Principles, As Well As The Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Drawings And Schematics.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards: The Candidate Should Have A Working Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Osha And Nfpa, To Ensure Compliance And Safety In The Workplace.

  • Communication And Teamwork Skills: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Other Team Members, Including Engineers, Technicians, And Operators, To Troubleshoot And Resolve Issues.
