  1. Design and implement identity and access management systems to ensure the security of company data and systems.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve IAM processes and policies.
  3. Provide support and guidance to end-users regarding IAM systems and processes.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cybersecurity to continuously improve IAM strategies.
  5. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities in IAM systems, recommending and implementing solutions to mitigate risks.
  6. Monitor and analyze IAM system performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  7. Develop and maintain documentation of IAM processes, procedures, and policies for reference and training purposes.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert for all IAM related inquiries and provide training to team members and end-users as needed.
  9. Collaborate with vendors and external partners to implement new IAM solutions and integrations.
  10. Participate in incident response and remediation efforts related to IAM systems and processes.
  11. Proactively identify and address any issues or gaps in IAM systems to ensure the security and integrity of company data and systems.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and leadership to provide updates, share insights, and make recommendations regarding IAM systems and processes.
  13. Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance and improve IAM processes and systems to meet evolving business needs and industry standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Identity & Access Management (Iam) Implementation And Support.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Iam Principles, Protocols, And Technologies Such As Saml, Oauth, Ldap, And Active Directory.

  • Experience With Iam Tools And Platforms Such As Okta, Ping Identity, Or Forgerock.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Troubleshoot Complex Iam Issues In A Timely Manner.
