
Human Resource Partner

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and values.
- Act as a trusted advisor and partner to business leaders on all HR matters.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to employees and managers.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to attract top talent and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Manage employee relations and address any employee concerns or conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay current on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Lead and/or participate in various HR projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
- Support the development and implementation of training and development programs for employees.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
- Partner with the compensation and benefits team to ensure competitive and fair compensation and benefits packages.
- Act as an ambassador for the company's culture and values, both internally and externally.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the employee experience and contribute to a positive work environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, Preferably In A Partner Or Generalist Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies And Procedures, As Well As Federal And State Employment Laws.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Employees At All Levels.
Experience With Hris Systems And Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite.
