- Responsible for maintaining and updating HRIS systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements.
- Conduct regular audits and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any data discrepancies or system issues.
- Develop and maintain HRIS system user guides and training materials for end-users.
- Provide technical support and guidance to HR team members and employees regarding HR systems and processes.
- Proactively monitor and analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights to inform decision-making.
- Generate and distribute standard and ad-hoc HR reports to stakeholders, including management and external agencies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR technology and systems.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations when handling sensitive HR data.
- Act as a liaison between HR and IT teams to communicate and resolve any system-related issues.
- Participate in system implementations and upgrades, including testing, data migration, and training.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures related to HR systems and processes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on HR systems, providing guidance and training to HR team members and employees as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Other duties as assigned by the HR Manager or Director.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Hris Administration, Preferably In A Large Organization.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Procedures, Including Employee Data Management, Benefits Administration, And Payroll.
Proficiency In Hris Software Such As Workday, Sap, Or Oracle.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues In A Timely Manner.
