- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA.
- Continuously monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with external vendors as needed for system updates, upgrades, or integrations.
- Participate in HR system implementations, upgrades, and other projects as assigned.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all HR systems and processes.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, providing timely updates and responding to inquiries regarding HR systems.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Data Management.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Hris Administration And Support.
Proficient In Hris Software, Such As Workday, Sap, Or Oracle.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues.
