As a HRIS Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing and maintaining our human resources information systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes.   1. Manage and maintain human resources information systems (HRIS) to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all processes.
  2. Conduct regular audits and data integrity checks to ensure the HRIS is up-to-date and accurate.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies in the HRIS system.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and develop solutions to improve HR processes.
  5. Develop and maintain HRIS documentation, including user manuals and standard operating procedures.
  6. Train and support HR team members on HRIS functionalities and processes.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for improvement in HRIS processes.
  8. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
  9. Collaborate with IT teams to implement system upgrades and enhancements.
  10. Generate reports and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations to HR leadership.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve HRIS processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Maintain confidentiality of all employee information and adhere to company data privacy policies.
  13. Communicate any system updates or changes to relevant stakeholders.
  14. Conduct regular system audits and identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  15. Work closely with HR team members to understand their needs and provide solutions through the HRIS.
  16. Provide support and assistance to HR team members on HRIS-related inquiries and issues.
  17. Participate in cross-functional projects related to HRIS and provide expertise and insights.
  18. Act as a subject matter expert on HRIS and provide training and support to end-users.
  19. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by following established data entry and verification procedures.
  20. Continuously strive to improve processes and implement best practices to ensure the HRIS is functioning efficiently and effectively.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Hris Analysis, Preferably In A Large Organization.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Systems, Including Payroll, Benefits, And Talent Management.

  • Proficiency In Hris Software, Such As Workday, Sap, Or Oracle, And Proficiency In Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Troubleshoot System Issues And Recommend Solutions.
