- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and develop solutions to improve HR processes.
- Develop and maintain HRIS documentation, including user manuals and standard operating procedures.
- Train and support HR team members on HRIS functionalities and processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for improvement in HRIS processes.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.

Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Hris Analysis, Preferably In A Large Organization.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Systems, Including Payroll, Benefits, And Talent Management.
Proficiency In Hris Software, Such As Workday, Sap, Or Oracle, And Proficiency In Microsoft Excel.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Troubleshoot System Issues And Recommend Solutions.
