Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Information Technology, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Hris Administration Or Analysis.
Knowledge And Proficiency In Hris Systems, Such As Workday, Sap, Or Oracle.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Data Management.
