  1. Manage and maintain all HRIS systems and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information.
  2. Develop and implement processes and procedures for data entry, data integrity, and data security within the HRIS system.
  3. Collaborate with HR team members to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for streamlining processes and increasing efficiency.
  4. Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and identify and resolve any discrepancies.
  5. Provide technical support and training to HR team members on HRIS systems and processes.
  6. Monitor system usage and generate reports to analyze data and identify trends or issues.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends related to HRIS systems and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Work closely with IT department to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to HRIS systems.
  9. Maintain confidentiality and security of all HR data and information.
  10. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed to support the HR team and company goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Information Technology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Hris Administration Or Analysis.

  • Knowledge And Proficiency In Hris Systems, Such As Workday, Sap, Or Oracle.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Data Management.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Communicate Data Effectively.
