Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Analytics, Data Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Hr Data Analysis, Preferably In A Large Organization.
Proficient In Data Management And Analysis Tools Such As Sql, Excel, And Tableau.
Knowledge Of Hr Processes And Systems, Including Hris, Payroll, And Benefits.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Trends And Patterns In Data To Inform Strategic Decision-Making.
