  2. Develop and maintain HR data reports and dashboards for various stakeholders.
  3. Conduct data audits and ensure accuracy and consistency of HR data.
  4. Collaborate with HR team to identify data needs and provide recommendations for data-driven decision making.
  5. Utilize statistical tools and techniques to analyze data and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR data analysis.
  7. Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
  8. Provide support for HR data-related projects and initiatives.
  9. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
  10. Maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
  11. Identify and troubleshoot data issues and provide solutions.
  12. Train and educate HR team members on data analysis tools and techniques.
  13. Assist with ad-hoc data requests from HR leadership.
  14. Continuously review and improve HR data processes and procedures.
  15. Collaborate with IT team for data management and system enhancements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Data Analysis, Preferably In The Hr Field.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Present Data In A Clear And Concise Manner.

  • Knowledge Of Hr Systems And Software, Such As Hris And Ats, And Experience With Data Integration And Manipulation.
