- Lead a team of logistics coordinators and support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with various departments, including sales, transportation, and warehousing, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of logistics operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact for all logistics-related matters.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with carriers and suppliers to ensure cost-effective solutions for clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify potential opportunities for business growth.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in the performance of logistics operations.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Logistics Management, Preferably In A Group Or Multi-Site Setting.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Logistics Professionals.
Expert Knowledge Of Supply Chain Operations, Including Transportation, Inventory Management, And Warehousing.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Handle Complex Logistics Issues And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
