- Perform fueling tasks for Ryder's fleet of vehicles, ensuring that they are properly fueled and ready for operation.
- Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in proper working condition and report any issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain accurate records of fuel usage and vehicle maintenance, including mileage, fuel consumption, and repairs.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while handling and storing fuel, and ensure that all safety equipment is in good working condition.
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients by responding to their fueling needs in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve any fueling or maintenance issues that may arise.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of fuel and other supplies needed for fueling operations.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks to keep the fleet in top working condition.
- Keep work area clean and organized, and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to stay updated on new equipment, technologies, and safety procedures.

Knowledge Of Fuel Dispensing Equipment: A Fuel Attendant Technician Should Have Extensive Knowledge Of Fuel Dispensing Equipment, Including Pumps, Hoses, Nozzles, And Meters. They Should Be Able To Troubleshoot And Repair Any Issues That May Arise With This Equipment.
Understanding Of Fuel Safety Regulations: It Is Crucial For A Fuel Attendant Technician To Have A Thorough Understanding Of Fuel Safety Regulations, Including Proper Handling And Storage Procedures. They Should Also Be Familiar With Environmental Regulations And How To Safely Dispose Of Any Hazardous Materials.
