Forklift Operator - Warehouse

- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load and unload goods and materials from trucks and storage areas.
- Verify and document incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Ensure proper storage and placement of goods and materials in designated areas.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and report any malfunctions or damages.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in inventory management and cycle counts.
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
- Continuously strive to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Train and mentor new team members on forklift operation and warehouse processes.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Valid Forklift Certification: The Candidate Should Possess A Valid Forklift Certification From A Recognized Training Institute.
Previous Experience: A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience Operating Forklifts In A Warehouse Setting Is Preferred.
Safety Awareness: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Safety Protocols And Be Able To Operate The Forklift In A Safe And Efficient Manner.
Physical Fitness: This Job Requires The Ability To Stand, Walk, Lift And Bend For Long Periods Of Time. The Candidate Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Handle The Demands Of The Job.
Attention To Detail: As A Forklift Operator, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Loading And Unloading Goods, And Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Ensure Accuracy And Prevent Mishandling Of Inventory.
