Forklift Certification: Candidates Should Possess A Valid Forklift Certification From A Recognized Training Program, Demonstrating Their Proficiency In Safely Operating A Forklift In A Warehouse Setting.
Warehouse Experience: Previous Experience Working In A Warehouse Or Distribution Center Is Preferred, As It Shows An Understanding Of Warehouse Operations And Processes.
Physical Stamina: This Role Involves Extensive Physical Labor, Including Lifting And Moving Heavy Objects, Standing For Long Periods Of Time, And Working In Various Weather Conditions. Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Perform These Tasks Consistently.
Attention To Detail: As A Forklift Material Handler, Accuracy Is Crucial In Ensuring The Correct Items Are Picked, Loaded, And Unloaded. Candidates Should Have Strong Attention To Detail To Prevent Any Errors Or Damage To Products.
