Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Experience In Fleet Management, Logistics, Or Transportation Operations.
Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing A Large Team.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Fleet Maintenance And Repair Processes, As Well As Experience Developing And Implementing Operational Processes And Procedures.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Build Relationships With Clients.
