- Oversee and supervise the fleet maintenance operations on the 2nd shift, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and according to company standards.
- Develop and implement maintenance processes and procedures to optimize fleet performance and minimize downtime.
- Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality work.
- Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and procurement, to ensure smooth and timely fleet maintenance operations.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage and maintain inventory levels for necessary parts and equipment, coordinating with suppliers as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of fleet vehicles to identify and address any maintenance needs.
- Monitor and manage the budget for fleet maintenance operations, ensuring cost-effective practices.

Previous Experience In Fleet Maintenance: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Fleet Maintenance Operations, With A Strong Understanding Of Maintenance Processes And Procedures.
Leadership And Management Skills: The Fleet Maintenance Operations Supervisor Should Have Experience Managing A Team Of Technicians And Other Staff Members, As Well As The Ability To Lead By Example And Motivate Employees To Achieve Goals.
Technical Knowledge And Expertise: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background In Diesel Engines, Transmissions, Electrical Systems, And Other Components Commonly Found In Commercial Vehicles. This Knowledge Is Essential For Troubleshooting And Overseeing Repairs.
