We at Ryder System are looking for an experienced and motivated Fleet Maintenance Field Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who can ensure our fleet is properly maintained and operated efficiently. You should be knowledgeable in all aspects of fleet maintenance and be able to work well with a wide variety of personnel.The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of fleet maintenance operations, as well as the ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects at once. You should be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be able to think critically and problem-solve quickly. Additionally, you should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to adjust to changing needs.Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred, as well as a valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
