- Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Provide financial guidance and recommendations to support business initiatives and drive growth.
- Communicate financial information and analysis effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and achieve financial targets.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes and systems.
- Collaborate with other members of the finance team to develop and implement company-wide financial strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in order to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
- Support the development and implementation of financial training programs for business partners.
- Handle ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as needed.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Cross-Functional Teams.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis, Forecasting, And Budgeting.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Principles And Concepts, Including Gaap And Financial Reporting.
Advanced Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Financial Software Programs, With The Ability To Manipulate And Analyze Large Datasets.
