- Develop and maintain financial forecasts and budgets in collaboration with department leaders to support business goals and objectives.
- Analyze financial data and trends to identify key insights and provide recommendations for improving financial performance.
- Partner with various departments to provide financial support and guidance on decision making processes.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators to identify risks and opportunities and proactively provide solutions to mitigate potential issues.
- Conduct financial analysis of proposed initiatives and projects to assess ROI and make strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial plans and strategies that align with company objectives.
- Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management to communicate financial performance and insights.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Continuously review and improve financial processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide innovative and sustainable financial solutions for the company.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by effectively communicating and building relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Act as a key liaison between finance and other departments to facilitate open communication and ensure alignment of financial goals and objectives.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Finance Or Accounting, Preferably In A Business Partnering Or Financial Planning Role
Strong Knowledge Of Financial Analysis And Reporting, Including Budgeting, Forecasting, And Variance Analysis
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Financial Information To Non-Finance Stakeholders
Proficiency In Financial Software And Tools, Such As Erp Systems And Excel, And The Ability To Quickly Learn And Adapt To New Systems And Processes.
