- Collaborate with operational leaders to understand and support their business goals and objectives.
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support decision making and forecasting.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve business performance and drive growth.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
- Monitor and track financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial operations.
- Conduct regular financial reviews and provide guidance on budget management.
- Stay updated on industry and market trends to provide strategic guidance and support to the business.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously identify areas for cost reduction and revenue growth.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on financial matters and provide guidance and training to team members.
- Act as a trusted advisor and business partner to operational leaders, providing financial insights and recommendations to support decision making.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis Or Business Partnering.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Principles And Practices, Including Budgeting, Forecasting, And Variance Analysis.
Experience In The Transportation Or Logistics Industry Is Preferred, But Not Required.
