- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, acting as a trusted advisor in all financial matters.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth and profitability.
- Conduct regular reviews of financial performance and identify areas for improvement or potential risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies that align with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key financial metrics and KPIs, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Assist in the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to inform financial strategies.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial reporting and analysis.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on financial matters and provide training and support to team members and business partners.
- Stay current on industry best practices and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate financial risks.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement financial tools and systems.
- Provide financial support for special projects and initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions.
- Communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proactively identify opportunities for cost savings and process efficiencies to drive profitability.
- Act with a high degree of integrity and maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Finance Or Accounting Role, Preferably In A Corporate Environment.
Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Financial Data And Trends.
Knowledge Of Financial Planning And Analysis, Budgeting, And Forecasting Processes.
