Job Description

  1. Develop and implement effective environmental programs to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
  2. Monitor and analyze environmental data to identify potential compliance issues and recommend solutions.

  4. Provide guidance and training to employees on environmental regulations and best practices.
  5. Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to environmental standards.

  7. Manage relationships and communications with regulatory agencies and external stakeholders.
  8. Lead the development and maintenance of environmental policies, procedures, and reports.
  9. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to environmental compliance.
  10. Coordinate and oversee environmental impact assessments for new projects or facilities.
  11. Manage and mentor a team of environmental professionals, fostering a culture of sustainability and compliance.
  12. Identify and implement cost-effective solutions to reduce environmental impact and improve sustainability.
  13. Communicate company's environmental initiatives and successes to internal and external stakeholders.
  14. Conduct training and awareness programs to promote environmental responsibility throughout the organization.
  15. Participate in industry groups and conferences to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Environmental Compliance Management, Preferably In The Transportation Or Logistics Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Environmental Regulations And Laws, Such As Epa, Dot, And Osha.

  • Strong Understanding Of Sustainability Principles And Experience In Implementing Environmental Sustainability Programs.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Train And Educate Employees On Environmental Compliance And Promote A Culture Of Environmental Responsibility Within The Company.
